Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from cordygen.in, operated by Shnikh Agrobiotech Private Limited, Rau, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("Cordygen", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Cordygen products are dietary supplements and are not for medicinal use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the label and our Disclaimer before use. FSSAI Reg. No. 21426850004712.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payment is taken securely at checkout, or on delivery where cash on delivery is offered. We may correct any pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Use of this website

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
