Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong product, email us at support@cordygen.in or call +91 731 402 5506 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Unopened products
You can request a return of unopened products with the seal intact within 7 days of delivery. Please email us first; we will share the return address. Return shipping for unopened products is paid by the customer.
Opened products
Because our products are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, or approve a claim for a damaged or wrong item, we refund to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us. Refunds usually reach your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is shipped by emailing us with your order number.
