7-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Products damaged due to customer negligence are also not eligible.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Please share photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
