Free Pan-India Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote or hilly regions may take up to 7 days. You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders across India. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. Use it on the courier's website to track real-time status.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed beyond 7 business days or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@cordygen.in or via WhatsApp. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
